Yes, there is a registration fee to attend Celsius 2026. The fee includes:

• ​Full Access to Discussion Sessions: Participate in intimate, focused discussions with 10-12 participants per session. Programming is designed to encourage deep discussion, led by global thought leaders across various industries.

• ​Exclusive Curated Programming: Enjoy tailored experiences beyond discussions, including evening receptions, seated lunches, and dinners. These programs are designed to foster meaningful connections in an informal setting.

• ​All Meals During the Gathering: Enjoy daily breakfasts, carefully curated lunches and select evening receptions and dinners. Coffee breaks, the Celsius arrival suite and off-site dinner parties are also included.  

• ​Off-Site Activities & Excursions: Engage in optional off-site excursions, such as guided tours or experiential activities designed to introduce participants to the local culture. Celsius will also host an arrivals dinner and a post-gathering dinner party.

• ​All Ground Transfers: Includes airport transfers to/from the nearest international airport and transportation to/from off-site events.

Please note: Travel and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. However, Celsius 2026 offers participants significant discounts on room blocks at the Palazzo di Varignana.

Registration is ongoing until all 75 spots are filled. 

At Celsius 2026, 85% of our programming is meticulously curated and built to align with the interests of our participants. Programming includes:  

• Session Discussions: Topics vary and dive deep into current trends, exploring both the opportunities and challenges that various industries face across the global stage. Beyond industry insights, we also dedicate space to personal growth topics and recognize the essential connection between leadership and the human experience. Sessions embrace diverse viewpoints and are expert-led by fellow participants. 

• Seated Meal Discussions: Lunches and dinners are thoughtfully structured to optimize meaningful interactions among participants in a less formal setting. Each meal is assigned seating and allows us to curate different seating arrangements each meal – it also ensures that you meet and connect with 100% of the participants.

• ​Off-Site Activities & Excursions: Participants will have an opportunity to explore the scenery and local culture around them – off-site excursions include guided tours, off-site dinner parties, and recreational activities. 

Due to the intimate nature of Celsius 2026, registration is limited to 75 participants. Participants are welcome to register significant others but their participation is limited to recreational programming, cultural tours and off-site dinners. Discussion sessions and seated meals are limited to ticketed participants only.

All participants will stay at the luxurious Palazzo di Varignana, where you’ll enjoy spacious rooms, modern amenities, and stunning views of the Bologna countryside and vineyards. To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, Celsius 2026 has secured a dedicated room block at the hotel, available to registered participants at a significant discount.

Palazzo di Varignana is easily accessible from Bologna and well connected via major transportation hubs. We recommend booking flights to Bologna Guglielmo Marconi International Airport (BLQ), which is approximately 30 minutes by car from the hotel.

Yes, breakfasts, all programmed seated lunches and dinners, receptions and cocktails, post-dinner drinks and off-site dinners are included in your registration fee.
