Traveling with a Partner to Celsius 2026
Many participants travel with a significant other, and we're happy to accommodate.
Celsius 2026 is intentionally small and conversation-driven, with core sessions reserved for registered participants. For significant others, we've created a parallel experience that includes: cultural excursions, tastings, and exploration of Bologna, that allows them to enjoy the city and setting without overlapping the discussion-based program.
Significant others join for select shared moments: off-site dinners, group excursions, and evening receptions. This approach preserves the continuity of conversation while making the overall experience inclusive and well-considered.
Registration Includes
Significant other registration covers:
Curated cultural programming: Private visits to local artisans and makers, guided tastings at regional producers, and expert-led exploration of Bologna's historic sites
Shared group experiences: Select dinners and evening receptions with the full Celsius community
All meals during scheduled activities
Ground transportation: Airport transfers and transportation for all group excursions
Access to Palazzo di Varignana amenities: Spa, pools, grounds, and facilities
Not included: Core discussion sessions (reserved for registered participants), accommodation (booked separately at preferred rate), and personal expenses.
What to Expect
The significant other program is designed to be engaging and experiential, not a placeholder. Activities include visits to local artisans, wine tastings, guided walks through Bologna's historic center, and time to explore independently.
Agenda at-a-glance.
Day 1 (Evening): Arrival at the Palazzo. Significant others are welcome to join the opening reception and dinner.
Day 2 (Full Day): Cultural excursions and tastings during participant discussion sessions. Evening: Join the group for off-site dinner or shared programming.
Day 3 (Later Afternoon): Morning activity or independent time. Departures by later afternoon or the next day early morning. Evening: Off-Site Celsius Dinner party.
The schedule is designed to complement the gathering while giving significant others meaningful experiences in Bologna and the surrounding region.
Important Notes
Space is limited. We encourage registering early if you'd like to include a significant other.
The program is designed for adults. We're unable to accommodate children at this gathering.
Significant others do not attend core discussion sessions, which are reserved for registered participants.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a significant other registration:
Before June 1, 2026: 50% refund minus processing fees
June 1 - August 1, 2026: 50% refund minus processing fees
After August 1, 2026: No Refund
Cancellations for significant others are independent of participant registrations. If you need to cancel, please email team@celsiusco.com as soon as possible.
Complete Significant Other Registration
This covers full participation in the significant other program, all scheduled activities and associated meals, and ground transportation. Accommodation is booked separately at the preferred rate.

includes taxes + fees.
Registration is non-transferable and valid solely for the invited Significant Other.
