Registration & Participation

Many participants choose to travel with a partner, and we’re happy to accommodate.

Celsius 2026 itself is intentionally small and conversation driven, with the core sessions reserved for registered participants. For significant others, we’ve created a parallel experience that allows them to enjoy Bologna alongside the gathering without overlapping the discussion based program.

Significant others are invited to join for cultural experiences, tastings, recreational outings, and select off site dinners, as well as shared transportation for group excursions and airport transfers. This approach preserves the continuity of the conversations while still making the experience feel inclusive and well considered.

If you plan to bring a significant other, you can register them separately below. Significant Other registration covers all scheduled cultural and recreational activities, associated meals, and group transportation. Please note: Space is limited, and we encourage confirming early if you’d like to include them.

This invitation is non-transferable and intended solely for the individual to whom it was extended. Due to the limited nature of this experience, attendance is reserved exclusively for invited participants and their significant others.
