Some conversations require a different kind of room.
Celsius is an invite-only gathering of 70–80 people working at the edges of consequential decisions. No panels, no press, no observers. Everything off the record. The cohort isn't here to collect contacts. They're here because certain conversations require a specific kind of peer.
The group is built across sectors and ideologies by design and include: policymakers, investors, futurists, military, technologists, scientists, filmmakers, and others who don't often share a room. Not to manufacture consensus, but because isolation at this level limits what's possible.
Past Celsians have included leaders from XPRIZE, the White House, Google, Narya Capital, and Parliament, alongside ministers and ambassadors to operators from emerging AI companies, biotechs, Fortune 100 legal teams, and growth-stage funds.
The reason people return is harder to articulate. Which is probably the point.
Registration Includes
Full Access to Discussion Sessions: Participate in intimate, focused discussions with 10-12 participants per session. Programming is designed to encourage deep discussion, led by global thought leaders across various industries.
Exclusive Curated Programming: Enjoy tailored experiences beyond discussions, including evening receptions, seated lunches, and dinners. These programs are designed to foster meaningful connections in an informal setting.
All Meals During the Gathering: Daily breakfasts, carefully curated lunches and select evening receptions and dinners. Coffee breaks, the Celsius arrival suite and off-site dinner parties are also included.
Off-Site Activities & Excursions: Engage in optional off-site excursions, such as guided tours or experiential activities designed to introduce participants to the local culture. Celsius will also host an arrivals dinner and a post-gathering dinner party.
All Ground Transfers: Includes airport transfers to/from the nearest international airport and transportation to/from off-site events.
Not included: Flights, accommodation (reserved at preferred rate), and personal expenses.
Event Details
Dates. October 8-10, 2026
Arrival. October 7-8 (opening reception begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, October 8)
Departure. Late afternoon Oct 10 and early Oct 11 (final seated lunch ends by 3:00PM)
Location. Palazzo di Varignana, Via Ca' Masino 611/A, 40050 Varignana, Bologna, Italy
Format. Off-the-record discussion sessions, shared meals, and unstructured time for conversation. The gathering is intentionally small to allow for genuine connection and depth.
Attire. Smart casual. Comfortable and unpretentious. You'll be sitting in discussion for extended periods and walking the grounds and recreational programming. Dress accordingly.
What to Expect
Celsius is designed to move deliberately. There are no panels, presentations, or performances. The format is built around discussion, curated sessions that surface real questions rather than rehearsed answers.
Agenda at-a-glance.
Day 1 (Evening): Arrival, recreation and opening dinner. Seated dinner discussion. Each person shares what they're currently wrestling with—not rhetorical, but real.
Day 2 (Full Day): Morning and afternoon discussion sessions organized around themes that emerged from the cohort in the months leading up. Shared meals. Unstructured time between sessions for deeper conversation.
Day 3 (Morning): Final session and reflection. Departures by mid afternoon. Recreational tours and closing dinner party in Bologna for those departing later.
The specifics emerge from who's in the room. The structure exists to create conditions for depth, not to dictate outcomes.
Off the Record. Everything at Celsius is off the record. You're welcome to share insights and ideas from conversations, but not attributions—no names, roles, or identifying details. No photos of sessions or participants will be shared publicly.
What to Bring. Yourself, your questions, and your willingness to think out loud. A notebook if you like to process through writing. Comfortable shoes for walking the grounds.
Accommodations
Celsius Europe 2026 will take place at Palazzo di Varignana, all participants stay at Palazzo di Varignana for the duration of the gathering. The property sits in the hills outside Bologna, surrounded by vineyards and countryside.
Booking Your Room
A room block is reserved for Celsius participants at a preferred rates. We have options of Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, and Executive Suites.
Registered participants can book directly here. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come basis—we recommend booking as soon as you receive your link.

Travel & Logistics
Getting there.
Airport. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) is the closest airport, approximately 30 minutes from the Palazzo.
Ground Transportation. We'll coordinate shared transfers between the airport and Palazzo for arrivals on October 8 and departures on October 10. Details and scheduling will be sent 30 days before the event.
Driving. If you're driving, the Palazzo has parking available. Address for GPS: Via Ca' Masino 611/A, 40050 Varignana BO, Italy.
Train. Bologna Centrale train station is 35 minutes from the Palazzo. We can arrange transfers—just let us know your arrival details.
More detailed travel information, including recommended flights and ground transport options, will be sent 60 days before the gathering.
Complete Your Registration
$6,400.00
includes taxes + fees.This covers your full participation in Celsius 2026, all meals, and access to the gathering from October 8-10, 2026. Accommodation is booked separately at the preferred rate.
Registration is non-transferable and valid solely for the invited participant.
Refund &
Cancellation Policy
Celsius gatherings are invite-only, small, and intimate by design. As our available spaces are extremely limited, ticket purchase refunds follow a strict schedule:
Two weeks after registering: Full Refund
Cancel by March 15, 2026: 75% refund
Cancel by April 15, 2026: 50% refund
Cancel by May 15, 2026: 25% refund
Cancel by June 15, 2026: 15% refund
Cancel after July 15, 2026: No refunds
Note: Refunds do not include registration platform fees. Registration fees are non-transferable. If you need to cancel, please email team@celsiusco.com as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
